Products Details
The traditional connection method cannot achieve pre-installation of connectors on the cabinet. It is necessary to first fix the base on the cabinet, then connect the wires to the core components, and finally fix the core components on the base.
Quick lock terminal allows connectors to be pre-installed on the cabinet and then wired.
Appearance
It can be seen that there are 6 plug-in cores made of copper alloy. The light gray plastic shell serves as insulation protection, adaptation, and installation fixation, while the metal screws on the side are used for assembly and fastening.
Connection Method
Adopting quick lock terminal type (orange shrapnel in the figure), the shrapnel automatically clamps when the wire is inserted, achieving fast wiring without the need for additional tools, making assembly and later maintenance convenient.
The maximum distance between connectors is 21 millimeters. Align the male plug (with a pin) with the female plug (with a socket, spring clip, etc.), accurately align through the guiding structure, and push the pin into the female plug socket. Shrapnel clips pins to achieve electrical connection.
