Modular design

ZJHK HM series inserts (Figure 4) adopt a modular structure design , which can transmit power, signals and gas at the same time. Industrial manufacturing

In the automobile manufacturing production line, spot welding robots, spraying robots, assembly robots, etc. work together to form a highly automated production system. Heavy-duty connectors are widely used to connect these robots with control cabinets, power systems, and other equipment. In the application of spot welding robots, heavy-duty connectors must not only transmit large currents to drive spot welding equipment, but also accurately transmit control signals to ensure that the position and quality of the welds meet the standards. Even when the automobile production line runs 24 hours a day, heavy-duty connectors can effectively ensure the stable operation of the robot, reduce downtime caused by connection problems, and thus improve production efficiency. Logistics and warehousing

AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) is becoming more and more popular in the field of logistics and warehousing. They are connected to charging stations, dispatching systems and shelf identification equipment through heavy-duty connectors. AGV needs to be charged frequently during operation. The quick plug-in and pull-out function of the heavy-duty connector (the life cycle of the ZJHK heavy-duty connector is more than 500 times) enables it to complete the charging connection in a short time, improving the use efficiency of the AGV. At the same time, the AGV needs to receive instructions from the dispatching system in real time and feedback its own status. Medical field

In the medical field, surgical robots, rehabilitation robots, etc. have extremely high requirements for the reliability and safety of connectors. The application of heavy-duty connectors in medical robots needs to meet strict hygiene standards and electrical safety specifications. For example, when a surgical robot is performing precision surgery, the heavy-duty connector must ensure zero-delay transmission of the control signal so that the doctor's operation can be accurately transmitted to the robot's execution end. At the same time, its high protection performance can prevent liquid infiltration during surgery and ensure the safety of equipment and patients. In addition, medical robots need to be strictly disinfected after use, and the material and structural design of heavy-duty connectors can adapt to various disinfection methods, such as high-temperature and high-pressure disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection, etc. Figure 7 shows the application scenario of heavy-duty connectors in medical robots.
