HMEE-008-fC
The image depicts the female insert of our 8-pin module family. Owing to the crimp-termination concept, the insert is supplied without pre-installed contacts; it is mated with discrete 16 A crimp contacts (available in silver- or gold-plated versions). These contacts are terminated to the conductor with a calibrated crimping tool, producing a vibration-proof, gas-tight joint. The insert accommodates wire cross-sections from 0.14 mm² to 4 mm². A one-piece, high-pressure die-cast aluminium shell provides exceptional rigidity and resistance to torsional deformation, ensuring long-term mechanical integrity and consistent electrical performance.

DC Temperature Rise Test
This test monitors conductor temperature under load to determine safe current capacity. As current increases, resistive heating causes temperature rise, reducing ampacity.
