The HE-048-FZ has a sleek ashen finish-hiding minor dust/wear for long-term industrial use and is made of high-grade polycarbonate, resisting impacts, scratches, and retaining structural integrity.
It excels in durability: withstanding -40°C to +125°C and passing salt spray tests, fitting coastal facilities, chemical plants, or outdoor equipment.
Fully certified with CE and UL, it meets EU and North American safety/EMC standards. It works with servo motors, frequency converters, industrial robots, and outdoor sensors.


The heavy-duty, in-line connector eliminates the need for complex tools; simply insert the wire and the connection is complete. Single-strand rigid wires can be inserted directly into the wiring hole, where springs automatically clamp the wire. Multi-strand flexible wires require cold-pressed terminals. To remove the wires, simply press the release point with a screwdriver, making them highly efficient and suitable for batch wiring.
