The HA-032 series inserts adopt a compact structure, integrating 32 densely arranged wires and placing the grounding terminal on the side. As shown in the figure, the electrical transmission part of this product is composed of 32 silver-plated pins, which are actually made up of two independent 16-pin connectors, each marked with a different number for distinction. We offer both universal and unmarked versions to ensure wide compatibility with mainstream connectors. This design significantly enhances the space utilization rate and ensures the reliability of the equipment performance.

As shown in the left figure, the HA-032 series inserts consist of two 16-pin chips. To facilitate clear differentiation between the two, each insert is marked with a distinct identification number. The plastic components are made of imported polycarbonate (PC) material, which offers excellent resistance to harsh environmental conditions.
Bottom wiring
Viewed from the bottom, the wires connecting current and signals can be connected through the female inserts at the bottom. After the wires are connected, tighten them with the screws on the side to complete the connection of the entire ferlet. Wire specifications ranging from 1 square millimeter to 2.5 square millimeters can all be used for wiring.
DC TEMPERATURE RISE TEST
This analysis assesses the operating temperature of conductors to establish the maximum permissible current. Elevated current levels generate resistive heating, causing a rise in temperature and a corresponding reduction in current-carrying capability.
