These screw-lock inserts are produced on a fully automated line: conductive pins are inserted into plastic parts with ±0.01 mm precision, screws are automatically tightened on both rows of the core for secure electrical connection, and the metal shell and side plate are assembled for final packaging. The process guarantees accurate dimensions and consistent quality.
