These crimp terminal inserts are manufactured on fully-automatic lines. The plastic housings are die-cast in-house on servo-driven presses, holding local tolerances within ±0.01 mm. Immediately after molding, the integrated steel fixings are side-machined in the same fixture, guaranteeing full functional integrity. The single-setup process delivers micron-level repeatability and lot-to-lot consistency.

Side of 16 pins series
The product features numerically sequenced termination chambers for precise pin assignment. The mating male crimp pins are securely locked in place by an integrated internal retention mechanism. Additionally, the side metal components and their screws are assembled through a combination of in-house automated machinery and manual processes.

The image shows a matching pair of male and female inserts. Both require the use of separate crimp pins. The offset protruding structure on the side serves as a polarizing feature to prevent mismating. Conductive pins are press-fit to the plastic body within ±0.01 mm, stainless-steel screws are torque-controlled into both core rows in the same cycle, and the metal shell and side plate are snap-assembled without manual intervention. The all-in-one sequence holds micron-level tolerances and delivers lot-to-lot homogeneity.
DC Temperature Rise Test
This test monitors conductor temperature under load to determine safe current capacity. As current increases, resistive heating causes temperature rise, reducing ampacity. The evaluation considers conductor size, ambient conditions, and thermal properties to establish safe operating limits and prevent overheating in electrical systems.
