HF24B-NUA2
The HF24B series frame can accommodate up to 6 sigal-module positions, Freely combine multi-module inserts to achieve different functional combinations. Each side of the frame is marked with a distinct uppercase laser, facilitating quick and accurate distinction. The HF24B frame is based on the same installation space as the Harting and other standard connector brands. On the basis of ensuring stable quality, it offers a more competitive price, reducing the total cost of the connector by up to 30%, while maintaining excellent vibration damping performance and a 500-connection life.

1st Generation "upercase" Frame
The first-generation frame employs a robust, die-cast lower structure with seamless end connections for superior stability. Installation is simplified: loosen side screws, insert modules, and retighten. It supports mainstream interfaces, features clear polarity markings, and uses base-mounted screws for secure, reliable connections.
Upgraded Structure
The updated second-generation frame features a dual-side detachable design, ensuring easy module installation and secure screw fastening. Its left-right separation prevents insert dislodgment, improving work efficiency and operational convenience, making it the preferred choice for most customers.
Rear layout
The image shows the rear structure of the product, composed of six sequential uppercase letters to distinguish different insert positions. Depending on your choice, either male or female inserts can be placed. The left-right structure facilitates easy assembly and disassembly.

DC Temperature Rise Test
This test evaluates conductor temperature increase under specified DC load to determine its safe current-carrying capacity (ampacity). As current flows, resistive heating raises temperature, which can degrade insulation and reduce ampacity. The assessment considers conductor size, material, ambient conditions, and thermal dissipation to establish reliable current limits, ensuring system safety, preventing overheating, and maintaining long-term electrical performance.
