HF16B-NUA2
The HF16B series frame can accommodate up to 4 module positions, with each modular type ferlet occupying up to 2 positions, thus providing more combination options. Users can flexibly choose the combination of power modules or signal modules. Each side of the frame is marked with a distinct lowercase laser, facilitating quick and accurate distinction. The HF16B frame is based on the same installation space as the Harting and TE series. On the basis of ensuring stable quality, it offers a more competitive price, reducing the total cost of the connector by up to 30%, while maintaining excellent vibration damping performance and a 500-connection life.

The first-generation frame features a durable die-cast lower structure with seamless end connections for stability. Assembly is easy: loosen side screws, insert the module, and retighten. It supports mainstream brand interfaces and indicates polarity with an "NUA"-shaped logo. The base-mounted screws provide clear access for installation and ensure secure electrical connections. The second-generation frame improves upon this with a dual-side detachable design, enhancing module placement and screw fastening. Its left-right separation prevents insert dislodgment, boosting efficiency and making it the preferred choice for most customers.

DC Temperature Rise Test
This test evaluates conductor temperature increase under specified DC load to determine its safe current-carrying capacity (ampacity). As current flows, resistive heating raises temperature, which can degrade insulation and reduce ampacity. The assessment considers conductor size, material, ambient conditions, and thermal dissipation to establish reliable current limits, ensuring system safety, preventing overheating, and maintaining long-term electrical performance.
