HMD-012-fC
This 12-pin female connector series uses crimp-type connections. The insert does not come with pre-installed contacts; instead, it is used with separate 10A crimp pins (available in silver or gold plating). The pins are secured using a crimping tool, providing a strong and vibration-resistant connection. It accommodates wire cross‑sections from 0.14 to 2.5 mm². The one‑piece die‑cast housing offers a rigid, deformation‑resistant structure, ensuring long‑term durability and reliable performance.

BOTTOM WIRING
Our 10A male and female pins are made using automated die-casting for precise quality. They are coated with 3μm of silver to reduce contact resistance, provide stable power flow, and maintain clear signals in high-demand uses. The 12-pin crimp module connects equipment through external crimp contacts and reliably carries currents up to 10A and voltages up to 250V.
PROFESSIONAL TEST
DC Temperature Rise Test
This test assesses conductor temperature under load to determine safe current-carrying capacity. As current rises, resistive heating leads to temperature elevation, thereby reducing ampacity. The evaluation accounts for conductor size, ambient conditions, and thermal characteristics to establish safe operational limits and prevent overheating in electrical systems.
