ZJHK® HE 024 Pin Commonly used for various mechanical equipment connections. For example: robots, equipment automation, cranes, control cabinets, hot runners, hot runner control cabinets, wiring harnesses, etc.

How do we control the quality?

The inspection steps of finished plastic parts are as follows:

Step 1: Check the product model:

①: First check whether the actual product is consistent with the model corresponding to the process card;

Step 2: Check the male and female pins:

①: Check whether the male and female pins are installed incorrectly, the high and low pins, the missing pins, the pins leak copper (and the eccentricity of the shrapnel), etc ;

Step 3: Check the surface printing:

①: Avoid reverse printing of products: (please refer to samples or drawings) First, take out samples or drawings of the corresponding product model, and conduct consistency check with the products that need to be checked, and confirm that they are correct, and then move them in Test the product in the direction. Visually observe whether the printing on both sides is uniform and clear, 20-40CM away from the object to be inspected, carefully check each position with eyes, and attach the font and font size, pay special attention to whether there is a missed typing phenomenon, position changes, unclear Contrary to other undesirable phenomena;

Step 4: Check the screws:

①: Check whether the product screws are wrong, missed, lack of material, damaged, blackened and other undesirable phenomena; (note whether the installation position of the ground screw is at the ① position of the plastic part);

②：Determine whether the screw has been installed on the copper pin, if the difference in height of the side screw is too large, it should be selected and reworked; (the screw is easy to fall off if the screw is not assembled in place)

Step 5: Check the punching of plastic parts:

①: Check whether the punched parts are crimped in place, deformed, lack of material, copper leakage on the surface and other bad phenomena;

Step 6: Check the appearance of plastic parts:

①: Check whether there are shortages of materials, color difference, shrinkage, black surface, dirt, oil stains, etc. on the surface (internal) of the plastic parts;

Step 7: Check the size of the plastic parts: (check according to the drawing size)

Check several important dimensions of the product, can not exceed the standard dimensional tolerance;
