Introduction
The HD-040-MC and HD-040-FC are 40-pin high-density ferrules from the Haoke HD series, one male and one female, designed for use with 16A housings. They are rated for 10A current and 250V voltage, primarily intended for multi-channel signal transmission scenarios.This model uses a cold-press connection method, requiring a special cold-press pliers. During wiring, the cold-press pins are first pressed onto the wire before inserting them into the ferrule. Although this involves an extra pressing step compared to spring contacts.

The ferrule body is made of flame-retardant V0-grade polycarbonate, and the pins are gold- or silver-plated copper alloy, with a contact resistance ≤3mΩ, ensuring stable and reliable signal transmission. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to +125℃.This product is suitable for scenarios involving multiple signal connections, such as automation equipment, control cabinets, and instruments. If pre-fabrication of the wiring harness is required on-site, the cold-pressing method is more convenient than spring clips-the wires can be pre-pressed into pins for direct insertion on-site.
